- Utilize Panda Supply Chain processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply and minimize obsolescence for all Panda SKUs.
- Take immediate and timely action to ensure (short-term) inventory issues are resolved.
- Work directly with sourcing team and suppliers to resolve long-term supply disruptions, manage inventory, and allocate inventory as needed.
- Determine scope, strategy, and procedures on new allocation assignments to maximize inventory of products, including inventory analysis and stakeholder communication.
- Optimize and maintain work processes to manage new product projects, including new item tests, product transition, and limited time offers (LTOs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional team and internal Supply Chain teams to establish project timelines and deliverables.
- Recommend process improvements and changes to processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply.
- Improve project profitability and performance through logistical cost reductions and cost avoidances and evaluation of vendor production plans, building contingency plans as necessary.
- Utilize a variety of tools and reports to proactively evaluate, analyze, identify, confirm, and address gaps in supply and manage risk.
- Maintain and monitor dashboards, prepare and analyze ad hoc reports, and present analysis and insights to appropriate audiences.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum five years of inventory management and related experience, preferably in a multi-unit food service organization.
- Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
- Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

- If hired, must provide proof of full vaccination on your start date, unless prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Full vaccination means two weeks or more have passed after receiving the second dose in a two-dose series, or more than two weeks after receiving a single-dose vaccine. Summary of Job Descriptions:
The Senior Product Supply Analyst position works closely with Panda’s distribution partners, sourcing team, suppliers, distribution services team and other cross-functional teams to monitor inventory levels and ensure that continuity of supply to Operators is maintained. This position serves as a liaison between sourcing teams, suppliers, and Panda distribution partners to ensure inventory related issues are resolved on a timely basis. The Senior Product Supply Analyst optimizes and maintains work processes to manage new product allocation, including new item tests, product transition, and limited time offers (LTOs). This position provides input and recommendations on changes to processes, systems, and analysis to ensure continuity of supply and determines scope, strategy, and procedures on new allocation assignments.
