What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist clients with support inquiries on the claims editing software
- Troubleshoot product issues, investigate software logs, and research internal documentation to provide solutions to clients
- Act as an advocate for clients by liaising with the product delivery team and developers
- Report product defects to development and collaborate with QA team for testing efforts
- Research and resolve customer questions and issues resulting from testing
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED
- 4+ years of experience with software support
- 2+ years of experience/knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or clinical experience
- Previous experience providing technical support to end users
- Understanding/knowledge of database scripting
- Experience working with external clients and/or customers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with the CES (Claims Edit System) software
