Sr. Product UI / UX Designer – Hardware ExperienceAs the Sr. Product UI / UX Designer, you will have an exciting opportunity to:Design world-class, intuitive user experiences that help users interact with and understand their shot data through a custom piece of hardware, ensuring seamless integration between hardware and software.Develop design frameworks and interfaces that provide a cohesive and consistent experience across both physical hardware and software platforms (e.g., mobile, tablets, sim screens, desktops).Collaborate closely with hardware engineers to design UI / UX that complements and enhances the physical hardware's functionality, while ensuring usability and overall user satisfaction.Create design concepts and prototypes that translate to physical interactions with the hardware, including button layouts, displays, haptic feedback, and more.Conduct usability testing and user research to gather valuable insights into how users interact with the physical product, ensuring the design is optimized for real-world use.Design for a variety of form factors, ensuring an optimal experience across different hardware designs and environments.Work across multiple stages of ideation, from sketching, wireframing, detailed mocks, and prototypes, to validating and refining the product post-launch.Actively engage with users to understand their goals, pain points, and how they interact with the physical product in different contexts.Collaborate closely with other designers, product managers, engineers, and hardware specialists to bring the design vision to life.You have:A Bachelor's degree at a minimum.8+ years of design experience, with a strong focus on hardware / software integration, preferably in consumer-facing products.Proficiency with Figma or equivalent, with an understanding of how UI / UX elements translate to both hardware and software interfaces.Exceptional UI design skills, with a keen attention to detail, particularly in how users interact with physical devices.A deep understanding of the user journey, both with the hardware and its associated software, and the ability to craft seamless, cohesive experiences across these platforms.Experience leading UI / UX strategies across both software and hardware, ensuring consistency and quality across the user's entire interaction with the product.Proven ability to collaborate with hardware engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centered design solutions.A passion for gathering qualitative and quantitative insights to better understand users and enhance their experience with both the product's physical and digital components.Participation in or familiarity with golf is a plus, especially as it pertains to the physical experience and user interaction with a golf simulation product.Pay Range:Annual Salary: $118,000.00 - $150,000.00The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.We offer a highly competitive salary, comprehensive benefits including: medical and dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401K, PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts and the ability to add value to an exciting mission!Our Postings are not intended for distribution to or use in any jurisdiction, country or territory where such distribution or use would violate local law or would subject us to any regulations in another jurisdiction, country or territory.
