      As a Production Specialist you will perform a variety of manufacturing tasks producing high quality medical diagnostic product while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple processes and gain new skills that can help you advance in your career. You will operate under 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles and ISO standards. You will be making a difference daily by supporting production of innovative products that keep people and animals healthy. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, take initiative, and possess agility and a mind for continuous improvement.

      SHIFT INFORMATION: Monday - Friday - 6:30am - 3:00pm

      What you can expect in this role

      • You will perform a variety of production/manufacturing tasks producing high quality medical diagnostic product reagents while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

      • You will work with lab equipment, solutions, and reagents

      • You will successfully complete assigned production activities, both scheduled and unscheduled

      • You will record information in Product Documentation in “real time” and ensure that all transactions are timely and entered accurately

      • You will follow all safety requirements

      • You will read and follow documentation, SOPs, Work Instructions, and equipment manuals

      • You will assist with equipment cleaning, maintenance, and calibrations

      • You will complete assignments under general supervision, solve problems as part of a team and assume responsibility as appropriate

      What you will need to succeed

      • You have a High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience

      • You have the data gathering and analytical ability

      • You have ability to multi-task

      • You possess strong verbal and written communication skills

      • You can work both individually and as a team player

      • You have PC skills, including Microsoft Office

      • You are a continuous learner who embraces a growth mindset

      • You typically have 2-4 years production and/or manufacturing experience
