      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create and implement contract agreements, amendments, and changes
      - Ensure accurate pricing, approvals, signatures, and eligibility for contracts
      - Handle vendor setup and maintenance for contracts
      - Provide support and resolution for wholesaler/distributor inquiries
      - Respond to contract problems and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
      - Manage general mailbox communications
      - Identify and suggest process efficiencies
      - Process contracts for countersignature
      - Support the implementation of new systems
      - Assist in cross-training and onboarding of new team members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in an applicable field of study; Master's degree preferred
      - 3+ years of experience in Contracting, Pricing, Operations, or related discipline
      - Experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine Managed Markets preferred
      - Analytical and business experience in reviewing and executing contracts
      - In-depth working knowledge of SAP and Model N
      - Strong negotiation and contract management skills
      - Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited information
      - Detail-oriented, accurate, and organized
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
      - Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
