Job Description

- Serve as primary contract support to international engagements, including regional organizations as well as direct bi-lateral engagement particularly focused on non-standard or emerging threats (for example IED, UAS, Exploitation).
- Coordinate international engagements across the Army G-3/5/7, Army Staff, and other DoD organizations as appropriate.
- Assist the client by coordinating and providing logistics support to meetings, conferences, and other engagements in support of bi-lateral, international engagements between G-3/5/7 ODA and foreign partners.
- Coordinate and support all G-3/5/7 ODA hosted Integrated Product Teams, meetings, and events as needed.
- Conduct research and prepare position papers and briefings for key leaders to understand and make informed decisions in a timely manner.
- Coordinate as appropriate across the Headquarters Staff to support the decision-making process of the Army.
- Working knowledge of Standard Office Software Products to include but not limited to Word, Excel, Adobe, SharePoint, Power Point and Outlook.
- Must be able to think critically and apply analytical methodologies to raw data to present clear and precise recommendations.
- Must be able to clearly articulate such analysis through both oral and written communication.
- Ability to interact with Senior Members of the Army Staff, to include the Executive Office of the Headquarters.
- Ability to focus on Mission requirements while tracking multiple competing priorities.
- Require minimal supervision in the fast-paced, critical environment of the Army Headquarters.
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Top Secret W/SCI.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- At least two (2) years’ Army experience with HQDA staff time preferred.
- Five (5) years experience.
- Be independently mobile.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
