      Job Description - Senior Program Manager

      Responsibilities

      • Drive the planning, coordination and execution of programs that span teams and products within JLLT Revenue

      • Develop new programs to support strategic initiatives in the organization and teams

      • Proactively identify areas for improvement within the company and teams

      • Support prioritization of programs and projects across the organization

      • Identify , track, and manage risks for programs and related projects

      • Track and report on key milestones and business metrics

      • Provide regular and ad hoc status updates on schedule, scope, and program outcomes

      • Collaborate with Product Leadership to define and deliver on Product goals

      • Elevate the practice of Program Management and cultivate a Community of Practice within JLLT

      Require d Experience

      • Proven experience (5+ years ) as a Program Manager with software development initiatives and go to market programs

      • A BS degree in technology . Additional education building on your undergraduate degree is welcomed .

      • Proven ability to drive programs forward to achieve business outcomes

      • Experienc e with Scrum development along with a range of portfolio, program, and project management approaches.

      • Ex perience in process development and project management principles leading to improved outcomes

      • Ability to create a collaborative plan of action and hold team members accountable, while keeping team engaged and focused

      • Experience communicating effectively with leaders regarding the program scope, schedule, budget, risks, mitigation strategies, status, and expectations.

      • A bility to influence stakeholders and team members with a variety of personal styles to focus on the right priorities under pressure and tight deadlines

      • Ability to prioritize activities and work on multiple activities or priorities at once and stay on track and within budget

      Preferred

      • Utilizes solid knowledge of the Project Management Institute's standards and terminology

      • Experienced with organizational change management

      • Commercial real estate industry experience

      Estimated compensation for this position is:

      150,000.00 – 170,000.00 USD per year

      The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
