Job Description

- Governance of T&E Regional QA portfolio plan and project management
- Apply project management methodologies and build a cohesive project with the team.
- Create and maintain other program documentation (e.g. charter, roadmap/pipeline, benefits map, design documentation, etc.) to meet business goals and program objectives.
- Optimizes number of projects in pipeline based on efficiency models and resource availability
- Track and forecast project performance with respect to timeline and budget.
- Accountable for aligning project portfolio and cadence Regional QA directives and strategic plan
- Partner with leaders across our global business to maintain engagement and focus on project commitments and dependencies.
- Monitor, document and provide awareness to leadership on all issues/risks that impact project or related initiatives.
- Develop and maintain project status tracking and reporting tools.
- Design, develop, introduce and maintain standard metrics for projects.
- Fosters relationships with key stakeholders across disciplines & functions
- Coordinates project and phase gate reviews with PRC
- Develop and execute a multi-stakeholder communications plan including periodic Leadership presentations.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings and events; conduct post-mortems.
- Improve team performance by building global team cohesiveness, leading, influencing, training, mentoring and motivating to facilitate cooperation, ensure efficiency, and boost morale.
- Guide organizational structure decisions in order to better execute projects and programs.
- Set the strategy for our program excellence/project management function.
- Ability to get troubled projects back on track, institute processes, and guide successful execution.
- Train employees on best practices for efficient projects.
- Ensure projects meet or exceed objectives, including budget and schedule.
- Provide guidance on portfolio resource requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and influence effectively across management levels and departmental boundaries to achieve expected results.
- Proven leader with experience in teambuilding, strategic thinking, and fostering a culture that attracts, retains and motivates top talent.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and applicable Quality System Standards

- Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field required, an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) is strongly preferred.
- Lean or Six sigma Certification is strongly preferred
- 10 + years experience in increasing responsibility business roles, preferably within the Medical Device industry
- Up to 30% travel required
