Support one line of business by overseeing and executing program initiatives, driving results for the business and HR. As part of this role, you will work with key partners and stakeholders including business managers, campus recruiting, HR Business Partners, Compensation and LOB program liaisons.
The Program Manager is the main point of contact and centerpiece to program participants as it relates to serving as an objective and unbiased coach and career counselor through their program life cycle - holding regular checkpoints with program participants
Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
Develop metrics and track performance of the early talent programs
Provide direction and executes on key events, performance management, compensation, placement, career counseling, out/in placement
Communicate to senior leaders on early talent program progress to goals (program changes, hiring, diversity, retention, strategic initiatives)
Plan, organize, & facilitate, events for program participants
Remain current on internal and external practices that drive greater retention, engagement, and professional development
Collect, analyze, and provide data and recommendations to business
Ensure Diversity & Inclusion is a key component thread throughout program participant recruiting, experiences, and training
4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Experience in early career program management in the field of technology, enterprise functions and/or banking
Proven experience with consulting and stakeholder management
Ability to exercise judgment and decision making within broadly defined policies and practices and work independently
Proven record of impact and influence at the senior leadership level and ability to build positive, trusting work relationships
Proven experience with process improvement and problem resolution
Change management experience
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
This position will require onsite presence at one of the locations listed below in a hybrid work schedule
