- Set the strategic direction for continuous innovation of IC consumer service programs
- Drive and support key strategic projects e.g., on performance management or country projects
- Design the overall framework and direction for IC service communication and relevant content
- Create scalable service solutions that can be adapted locally and can result in measurable impact
- Translate clinical insights and product-related claims into consumer-friendly content that’s engaging and inspirational, together with our stakeholders
- Drive and keep an overview of operational processes to ensure that all content is approved and activated accordingly before reaching our consumers
- Be the commercial lead in our IC service program and relevant service offering with our digital teams in both HQ and our Business Center in Poland
- Collaborate closely with our markets to implement our global service offerings
- Collect and analyze insights from stakeholders across the organization and evaluate insights from both markets and HQ for further development of our services
- A Master’s degree within relevant field, e.g., business, digital/service innovation or marketing/communication
- 3-5+ years of experience within business development, consulting, marketing communications, service innovation, product management, engagement programs, or similar
- Experience with activating consumer programs or services is a plus
- Ability to work on a strategic/conceptual level, but also getting into the details of our processes, performance numbers and project plans
- Strong communication skills, and the ability to speak and write English effortlessly – Danish is not a pre-requisite
- Be a true team player with good facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Have a strong eye for details and collaborate equally well with developers/digital specialists as with the business

We offer a unique chance as a Senior Program Manager who will take a key role in our Consumer Engagement team. You will manage and continuously innovate Coloplast Care for intermittent catheter users (also known as ‘IC Care program’) from a global perspective, and as a senior competence in the team, you will also drive strategic, high-priority projects across business areas. In the Consumer Engagement team, we all follow the same passion. We work hard to fully support our consumers with great support services spanning from lifestyle, condition management, emotional support to sampling and ordering products, and delivering to their home. You will be part of a vibrant team that designs, develops, and implements these programs from global level. Beyond our team, you will work with many different stakeholders in HQ from Marketing, Evidence & Adoption, Branding & Design, and markets.Join Consumer Engagement team and collaborate with stakeholders across Innovation & Growth
At our HQ in Humlebæk, you will be part of the Customer Services organization (part of Consumer and Digital Channels in the Growth organization). Here, you will work with project managers, commercial owners, and specialists from different digital teams. Together, we support our consumer teams and direct entities around the world in realizing our ambitions. You will also be collaborating with key stakeholders in Marketing, and medical specialists from Evidence & Adoption on the content that we develop and activate in our programs. Finally, you will be driving the close collaborations with our local subsidiaries working with consumer engagement (particularly within IC) around the world.
Your responsibilities in managing and innovating consumer engagements for IC
As Senior Program Manager for our IC service programs, you will be responsible for 1) the continued development and implementation of the Coloplast Care program for intermittent catheter users and 2) driving/supporting key strategic projects within Consumer Engagement and together with our subsidiaries. The Coloplast IC Care program is already mature with structured infrastructure of communication touchpoints supporting our consumers in making their lives easier. More specifically, you will be driving the continuous improvement and further innovation of our award-winning email flows, latest digital service offerings (Apps), call protocols for our Care Advisors on the phone, offline and online content, and more. In light of that, your focus on outcomes and impact of the new implementations you will be running will be essential to success in the role. It is therefore essential that you have strong business acumen and the ability to identify and drive commercial value from our services. Finally, you will be responsible for engaging in an ongoing dialogue with our markets on how the program can move the needle the most.In this role, you will more specifically:
