      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and retain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives and service-line leaders within US Health Systems
      - Collaborate with enterprise customers to enhance patient access and outcomes through innovative partnership models
      - Formulate and execute strategic business plans that align with customer needs and Medtronic’s portfolio
      - Provide expertise on healthcare dynamics and clinical opportunities to internal teams
      - Lead the development of innovative strategies to optimize clinical and economic outcomes for customers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree plus 7+ years of relevant healthcare clinical or administrative leadership experience (5+ years with an advanced degree)
      - Proven ability to collaborate and influence in a healthcare administration environment
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - High degree of flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
      - Knowledge about the healthcare industry, including providers, GPOs, IDNs, ASCs, and payors

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Mastery level knowledge within a specific technical discipline and broad understanding of other areas
      - Advanced degrees such as MD, RN, PA, or MBA
      - Experience in medical science, clinical research, healthcare economics, and strategy development
      - High performer in current and previous roles
      - Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to devise effective solutions
