      Senior Program Manager

      We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Program Manager to lead a high-impact consulting project aimed at transforming a federal agency. This challenging role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing complex initiatives within the public sector, particularly federal agencies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring successful project delivery.

      Compensation & Benefits:

      Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Program Manager: Based on experience.
      Pay commensurate with experience.
      Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.

      Senior Program Manager Responsibilities Include:

      Oversee the execution of a comprehensive strategic plan for a federal agency transformation project.
      Provide visionary leadership to align the project with the agency's mission, goals, and objectives.
      Oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
      Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
      Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure successful outcomes.
      Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders within the federal agency.
      Facilitate communication between various stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
      Lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
      Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members.
      Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of transformative initiatives.
      Collaborate with key stakeholders to address resistance and drive a positive organizational culture shift.
      Establish and enforce quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality consulting services.
      Conduct regular reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
      Manage project budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
      Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to oversee vendor relationships and contracts.
      Ensure compliance with federal regulations, policies, and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
      Work closely with legal and regulatory affairs teams to address any compliance issues.
      Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

      Senior Program Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

      Proven experience managing large-scale transformation projects within federal agencies.
      Strong background in program management, strategic planning, and change management.
      Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
      In-depth knowledge of federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
      PMP or relevant certification is preferred.
      Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a senior program management role.
      Past applicable job experience may include, but is not limited to: Senior Program Manager, Project Management Lead, or Senior Project Coordinator.
      Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
