Summary:

In this role, you will work collaboratively with existing providers and other stakeholders to maximize program utilization. You will also market the food and nutrition program to generate new business. You will identify value propositions that will support the creation of a competitive food and nutrition program in the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of current providers’ food program utilization and identify cost savings opportunities.

• Assist the sales team in a support role to secure new business and manage existing accounts.

• Support implementation team on food program conversions during new member onboarding, participating in the development of program communication tools such as presentations, brochures, and tools.

• Facilitate internal and external training on food program, processes, and resources available.

• Support contracting team by providing market insights and elevating contract utilization, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.

• 5 or more years of relevant experience required.

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) highly preferred.

• Experience in healthcare food service highly preferred.

• Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.

• Strong project management skills with excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills a plus.

• Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
