Summary:
In this role, you will assist in maximizing program utilization with existing Providers. You will market the Food and Nutrition program to generate new business. You will identify value propositions that will support the creation of a competitive Food and Nutrition program in the marketplace.
Responsibilities:
· Assess Providers’ current food program utilization and identify cost savings opportunities.
· Assist the sales team in a support role to secure new business and manage existing business.
· Support the implementation team on food program conversions during new member onboarding, participating in the development of program communication tools such as presentations, brochures, and tools.
· Facilitate internal and external training on food program, processes, and resources available.
· Support contracting team by providing market insights and elevating contract utilization, maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
Qualifications:
· Relevant degree in nutrition or food systems management preferred.
· 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
· Experience in healthcare food service desired.
· Strong project management skills with excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills a plus.
· Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients’ needs and timetables.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
