What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Act as a technical liaison and consultant with internal business partners to develop and implement solutions
- Provide day-to-day production support and assist in new development for business enhancements
- Document business and systems requirements, translating them into design specifications
- Mentor team members and help develop their technical support skills
- Monitor systems and databases for functionality and troubleshoot user inquiries

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required; IT-related degree preferred
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in developing and supporting technical solutions
- Proficiency in SQL, VB, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, HTML, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills to interact with various levels of leadership

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 1+ year of experience in leading and developing others
- Familiarity with Agile concepts and workflow tools such as TFS or Scrum
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
- Motivated self-starter with strong attention to detail
- Positive outlook and ability to adapt to changing situations
