What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans
- Coordinate and complete projects across various cross-functional areas
- Provide subject matter expertise in project scope definition, risk identification, and resource allocation
- Make presentations to management on project updates and expected results
- Manage customer, vendor, and service provider relationships to define project scope and performance expectations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of administrative assistant experience
- 2+ years of project management experience and training in project management methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work 8-hour shifts Monday - Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
