  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Coordinate and manage project teams, ensuring timely delivery of solar and retrofit projects
  - Develop and review customer and subcontractor contracts, along with project execution plans
  - Oversee project activities to maintain schedules and budgets, addressing any issues that arise
  - Serve as the primary liaison for the customer and the employer's team regarding project-related items
  - Establish and manage document control processes to ensure all project information is accurately maintained
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - BS in Business Administration, Construction Management, or Engineering from an accredited college or university
  - 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Construction Manager with parallel discipline projects
  - Familiarity with CA IOU Utility interconnect agreements and California Utility regulatory agencies
  - Experience with the DSA approval process and willingness to travel as needed
  - Strong written and oral communication skills
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience working with infection protection and HCAI
  - Knowledge of electrical theory, National Electric Code, and California Building and Electrical Codes
  - OSHA certification
  - Experience using Procore project management software
  - Customer-focused mentality with the ability to foresee and handle objections
