      Job Title: Senior Project Manager
      Location: Charlotte, NC
      Type: Contract
      Max Pay Rate: $69/hour

      Project Overview:
      Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a high-impact, strategic initiative implementing automated accounting solutions for the Home Lending line of business. This is a leadership role requiring experience in driving large-scale, cross-functional projects with visibility to senior leadership.

      Responsibilities:

      • Lead end-to-end project management of an 8–9-month accounting automation initiative

      • Partner with stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and risk mitigation plans

      • Coordinate across business units, technology, and operations to ensure successful delivery

      • Monitor and report project progress to executive leadership, ensuring alignment with business goals

      • Apply strategic thinking and advanced analytical skills to resolve highly complex challenges

      • Create and manage project plans, status updates, timelines, and issue/risk logs

      Required Qualifications:

      • 7+ years of Project Management experience, especially in financial services

      • Strong experience in automated financial/accounting systems or Home Lending operations

      • Proven ability to lead high-visibility projects with executive reporting

      • Strong communication and leadership presence across senior stakeholders

      • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

      • Proficient in project tools such as MS Project, Excel, JIRA, or similar platforms

      Preferred Skills:

      • Knowledge of mortgage lending or home lending operations

      • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential

      • Understanding of finance transformation or system automation initiatives
