What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project closeouts and ensure timely resolution of post-construction issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve defects
- Conduct on-site and virtual meetings to address project issues
- Analyze root causes of claims and identify trends and systemic issues
- Serve as the primary contact for complex post-construction escalations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years in construction management, facilities management, or related field focused on post-construction quality assurance
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel 50% of the time
