As a Senior Project Manager in our Project & Development Services group, you will provide leadership in portfolio decarbonization consulting for our clients. With a focus on strategic advisory and project delivery, you will work closely with clients and our sustainability team to develop operational decarbonization strategies, conduct climate scenario analysis, and support business development efforts.   Responsibilities:
  
  - Assist clients with developing operational decarbonization strategies and greenhouse gas emissions reporting.
  - Lead climate scenario analysis for asset and portfolio-specific decarbonization goals.
  - Successfully develop and deliver activities related to assigned engagements with support from a dedicated delivery team.
  - Support client relationships and business development efforts, including proposal development and identifying target clients.
  - Provide leadership in decarbonization consulting across the global JLL platform.
  - Actively mentor and build capacity with team members.
  
  Qualifications:
  
  - Minimum of 6 years of relevant applied climate advisory or ESG experience in industry or consulting.
  - Bachelor's or master's degree in Science, Engineering, Sustainability, or Business.
  - Experience in delivering climate change advisory and decarbonization scenario-based analysis.
  - Knowledge of Science-based Targets, decarbonization strategy development, carbon abatement opportunity assessment, and renewable energy procurement planning.
  - Experience developing business cases for investment in decarbonization scenarios.
  - Working knowledge of global/industry ESG trends and their application in commercial real estate.
  - Ability to navigate large and complex data sets and make meaningful observations.
  - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  - Ability to develop and cultivate business relationships with clients.
  
  Additional Information:
  
  - Estimated compensation for this position is $125,000.00 - $155,000.00 USD.
  - Location: Remote or various cities in the US and Canada.
