      Job summary

      The post is responsible for providing professional expertise relating to the transformation of health and social care services to support the digital enablement to improve health and care services;

      The post is responsible for leading and managing the implementation of several projects/programmes to support the delivery of digitally enabled care for Joined Up Care Derbyshire (JUCD) integrated care system;

      Main duties of the job

      • The post holder will lead the planning and designing projects, project management strategies and project/programme plans
      • The post holder will lead and support the delivery of the JUCD Digital and Data strategy priorities and support the JUCD key programme boards to realise their ambitions using digital enabled care;
      • The postholder will be responsible for leading and promoting digitally enabled care to ensure JUCD is at the forefront of digital innovation;
      • The post holder will define current processes, facilitate discussions and advise colleagues as to how digital best practice might be adopted in the definition of future processes, document those processes as they are agreed and support their delivery;
