Seems crazy right?! But if you wish to be apart of this, we are the place to be.

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced, enthusiastic, proactive, and capable Programme & Projects Manager. You’ll set out programmes and plans, manage and track benefits, progress, and outcomes. You’ll work with your Sponsor and key stakeholders to help us deliver our transformation projects and improvement initiatives.

      What you’ll bring

Being capable of the detailed management of programmes of work and build and manage dispersed projects, and change/transformation, teams.

Experience of leading change and communicating objectives and priorities.

Creating an environment to encourage delivery, builds trust, confidence, and commitment. Also having the skill of influencing change with others.

Being accountable for cost, budgetary control, stakeholder management, and communication.

Able to produce and present complex issues, performance data, and information succinctly and meaningfully.

You’ll ideally have a formal project management qualifications and Experience in producing Privacy Impact Assessments in relation to systems, data, and GDPR.

You’ll get plenty of time to recharge with 38 days of holiday every year (including public holidays). And you can even buy five more if you need a little extra time. You can also take time off to volunteer in your community.

When it comes to major life events we have family-friendly policies around adoption, maternity, and parental leave. And for the everyday? We embrace flexible working.

For your future, there’s our pension (the ‘know-what-you’ll-get-when-you-retire’ kind), and life assurance.

As for some nice extras? You can expect an annual company bonus. Not to mention access to SW Splash – handy rewards that can save you money on holidays, bills, and shopping.
