      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead multi-functional technology projects from initiation through delivery, demonstrating autonomy and initiative
      - Partner with HR, IT, and vendor partners to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
      - Develop project plans, business requirements, solution design, testing, and hypercare
      - Manage resources, issues, and risks to meet project targets effectively
      - Communicate key risks and status updates to management and sponsors

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required, preferably in Computer Science, Business Management, Project Management, or Management Information Systems
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience leading projects within the HR Technology domain in a global organization
      - Proven ability to manage complexities associated with M&A activities
      - Demonstrable experience with HR processes, data, and systems such as HCMs and ATS
      - Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Expertise in core HR functions, including compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition
      - Experience leading M&A integration programs across HR and business technologies
      - Familiarity with HR system implementation for HCM, ATS, and learning solutions
      - Knowledge of emerging HR technology trends and solutions
