Job Description

- Lead Professional Services engagements and customer projects across EMEA and Latin America, from initiation through to closure.
- Act as the single point of contact for the customer, suppliers, and delivery team escalations.
- Directly manage project delivery teams, covering engineering and quality assurance.
- Take responsibility for project governance, change management, financial control, and reporting to key internal stakeholders.
- Adhere to Accedo’s delivery best practices and support the ongoing improvement of our delivery processes.
- Represent Accedo through on-site customer visits in EMEA and Latin America.
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in leading cross-functional, high-performing software development teams.
- Solid knowledge of standardised project management frameworks (e.g., Scrum, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile); direct certification or working experience is a strong plus.
- Experience in designing and implementing processes to ensure high-quality project delivery.
- Proficiency in defining and managing software development workflows using tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English.

About the role
Accedo is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing Professional Services team in Madrid, which is a centre for Global Delivery. Working in a highly collaborative environment you will directly manage Customer engagements in EMEA and Latin America and be responsible for delivering Accedo solutions on a wide variety of platforms and devices.
Objective of role: Responsible for project management from initiation, planning to execution, controlling, closing of Accedo solutions to customers in EMEA and Latin America. This includes direct customer/supplier interfacing as well as managing project delivery teams.
