      McBride Homes is seeking a Senior Project Manager with a specialty in multifamily construction to lead its new luxury condo product in its Woodsmill Crossing Development within Town and Country, MO. The project includes a 12,000 square foot commercial building and 112 condominium units spread across 14 buildings, with eight units in each. Demolition begins in June for the existing shopping center and construction of the new condominium product will begin in fall of 2025. Total project construction will exceed $100 million. The ideal candidate will have heavy experience in large-scale, multifamily and mixed-use developments from conception to completion.

      Salary: $125,000yr.

      Re sponsibilities:

      • Execute and enforce safety standards, processes, and procedures by conducting weekly safety inspections and monthly safety audits
      • Lead end-to-end construction management for high-volume residential and multifamily projects
      • Oversee scheduling, budgeting, procurement, permitting, and quality control
      • Estimate and takeoff the scope, cost, and duration of project
      • Coordinate daily with internal teams, sales team, trade partners, architects, engineers, and municipalities
      • Manage and mentor field teams and project engineers with a hands-on leadership style
      • Ensure all projects meet or exceed McBride standards for safety, quality, and delivery
      • Drive project profitability and schedule adherence through proactive problem solving
      • Foster a team culture that emphasizes communication, accountability, and continuous improvement

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
      • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in residential multifamily, or commercial construction
      • Relevant experience construction $25+ million multifamily projects from construction documents to completion
      • Strong command of construction scheduling software and proficient with Microsoft applications
      • Deep understanding of construction means and methods, trade coordination, and value engineering
      • Proven track record of successfully implementing and enforcing safety procedures
      • Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication
