      Senior Project Manager

      A bit about the job:

      We’re looking for experienced Senior Project Managers who can influence, update and challenge senior stakeholders up to CIO level whilst taking ownership of a budget of up to £5 million.

      As the Senior Project Manager, you will deliver projects that support Aviva’s strategy through successful embedding of change, to continuously improve our customer experience. You’ll minimise risk by identifying delivery and operational risks and developing mitigating strategies, along with leading internal and external teams and third-party suppliers.

      Skills and experience we’re looking for:

      • The ability to work at pace with resiliency whilst showing a willingness to try new ways of working and solutions (professional level of accreditation preferred but not essential)

      • Strong foundation in project management skills through all phases from discovery through to benefits realisation

      • Confident risk and budget management experience

      • The ability to adapt to different ways of working to deliver outcomes

      • Comfortable in working with senior stakeholders with strong and effective influencing skills to challenge and drive change

      • Salary between £40,000 - £60,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
