      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Establish and manage procurement programs and deliverables for large-scale capital projects
      - Integrate third-party plans into an overarching procurement strategy
      - Provide detailed procurement analysis to project managers and stakeholders
      - Develop and lead the creation of RFPs, RFQs, and contract negotiations
      - Prepare and present procurement progress reports and analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
      - Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement for capital projects, including design and construction phases
      - Direct experience in capital equipment procurement and subcontract buyout
      - Proven experience on capital projects exceeding $200 million USD
      - Exemplary communication skills, both oral and written

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the construction industry, with additional life sciences experience preferred
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Ability to train and develop subordinates effectively
