Do you have an interest in driving global transformation and are you passioned continuously improving the project disciplines in a company that makes a difference for people with intimate health care needs?

Are you motivated by taking accountability for project management from project initiation to closure, delivering to your commitments throughout? We are – come join us!

We are looking for a highly qualified Senior IT Project Manager within the “Production and Supply” realm, that can shape and drive execution of projects on a global scale with high business attention and IT complexity.

“You will be joining a global IT organisation, counting more than 380 IT professionals, and leading complex projects at a global scale. With our simplicity agenda and the variety of stakeholders across the organisation, you will inevitably influence how we work as a global enterprise function” says Lone Bay-Nielsen, Head of Project Management.

Join our Project Management & Enterprise Architecture department

You will become part of a team of experienced project managers (currently 5), delivering on prioritized initiatives within Coloplast´s Digital Data & IT project portfolio. Our projects span the entire value chain, from R&D to Operations, to Sales and Marketing as well as corporate support functions.

Based in Humlebæk, we are close to the major decision-makers, while staying connected to other important stakeholders across the globe.

Complex projects with a global, cross-organisational perspective

Working on multiple projects from our project portfolio, you will not only be responsible for projects being implemented but also ensure that they are properly used and accepted.

In your daily work, you will collaborate closely with the business representatives from Global Operation, Business Support functions, Marketing and Sales not to forget other IT professionals. Your aim will be to localise development potential, interpret business needs and mature existing business ideas.

The projects vary a lot. Some may be high in complexity but with a clear scope – like carrying out a major update on a corporate system – while other projects may revolve around identifying and meeting a business need and aligning expectations and requirements across a large group of stakeholders.

And as we are an ISO-certified health care product manufacturer subject to regulatory demands, your projects will need to have a strong focus on quality, control and documentation.

As you’ll be working in a strong and dynamic organisation, there will no doubt be many different opinions and ideas. This is where you’ll step in to establish a common ground, a joint goal with the right methodologies,” says Lone Bay-Nielsen.

Strong project management experience within IT

You are a communicator extraordinaire who can explain complex issues and is constructive and inspiring in your approach. This will make the implementation of your projects run smoothly in our multicultural environment.

Understanding how to actively listen and ask the right questions is in your toolbox as well. And with your fine-tuned analytical sense and strong business acumen, you make sure that your projects are based on the right foundation.

You will get a chance to apply many different methods in the Project management toolbox as projects can vary in size and complexity – however strong communication and stakeholder management skills are key in all projects. Coloplast has production and distribution sites in Hungary to Portugal, Costa Rica, China, France, and beyond.

      Additionally, we imagine that you:

      • Have several years of programme or project management experience within IT from a global organisation
      • Have experience from Production and Supply realm, ideally also GxP medical device environments or similar
      • Are fluent in English
