What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the development, implementation, and coordination of command center operations and technology systems
- Maintain project workstream timeframes, budgeting estimates, and status reports
- Schedule and facilitate discussions, tracking minutes in a standardized format
- Conduct risk assessments for projects and maintain a RAID log
- Ensure all deliverables and project materials are completed on time and manage resources effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in project management and coordination
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and others
- Strong organizational skills to track project performance and schedule adherence
- Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to foresee and mitigate potential risks and blockers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing command center operations or similar technology systems
- Familiarity with various project management methodologies
- Previous involvement in developing project roadmaps and schedules
- Strong analytical skills to assess project needs and scope
- Ability to work collaboratively with program management and delivery leadership
