Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage large scale implementations as a client facing project manager
- Simultaneously manage multiple application development projects
- Manage scope, schedule, and change requests
- Handle financials and resources associated with the engagement
- Set up recurring status meetings and address business inquiries and issues
- Update project materials, complete project documentation, and create business flows
- Communicate project details to both business and technical teams
- Manage cross-functional interdependencies
- Improve processes to optimize performance and value over time
- Provide risk management and issue/problem resolution
- Manage releases, align resources, and oversee planning and execution of work
- Work with senior management to represent engagement needs and resolve roadblocks
- Effectively work in a multi-vendor environment

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 7+ years of IT Project Management experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle
- 7+ years of data gathering/analysis and writing system requirements
- 5+ years of client facing experience
- 5+ years of experience working with test plans and test cases
- 5+ years of experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
- 3+ years of Medicaid (MMIS), EDI, Government Healthcare Industry experience
- Ability to travel 25% to Helena, MT based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access)
- Proficiency with MS Project
- Proficiency with MS Visio

Additional Information:
- California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, or Washington residents only: Salary range is $101,200 to $184,000, based on factors such as education, experience, and certifications
