Job Responsibilities:
- Provide project management expertise, guidance, and support to assigned projects
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate and lead project team members and activities
- Generate reports and project documents to track progress and identify issues
- Act as a liaison between internal departments and external resources
- Manage issue and risk management efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Establish communication plans and ensure adherence to them
- Continuously improve project management processes and techniques
- Resolve issues and make decisions to facilitate project completion
- Conduct research and special projects as needed
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, staff, and clients
- Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff members
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Comply with company policies and procedures
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Current PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired
- 5-8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's Degree, or 3 years of experience with a Master's Degree
- Advanced project and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Energetic and self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
