What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives and manage service delivery for assigned projects
- Drive overall client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication of deliverables
- Prepare project forecasts and work schedules, ensuring high-quality and accurate delivery
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and advanced analytics to clients and internal teams
- Demonstrate leadership by mentoring staff and managing project progress daily
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
- Strong oral and written communication skills with a confident leadership presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects effectively
- Solid understanding of database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience; a JD or MBA is a plus

- Experience in consulting, litigation support, paralegal, or attorney roles within a law firm or eDiscovery service provider
- Evidence of leadership and staff development skills that motivate and promote professional growth
