Leading complex, cross-site GCS projects and programs with full ownership of decision-making, ensuring alignment with strategic Roche Diagnostics product goals
Assuming project leadership when required, including building and guiding cross-functional, cross-department teams in a matrix organization structure
Driving strategic stakeholder and communication management efforts to ensure successful change adoption across global initiatives
Identifying and orchestrating interdependencies, timelines, budgets, and change efforts, while ensuring documentation meets high-level program standards
Mentoring and onboarding colleagues by sharing expert knowledge of project and change management principles, and guiding senior stakeholders through change adoption responsibilities
Challenging the status quo by proactively proposing and piloting process improvements, innovation, and technology-driven solutions that enhance project delivery and change management effectiveness
Establishing best practices, acting as a thought leader and role model within the organization, and fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement across global teams
5-7+ years of experience in project and change management, including matrix leadership in fast-changing international environments.
Project Management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile methodologies) is an advantage.
Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci Change Practitioner) is an advantage.
Extensive experience with diverse project management methodologies and substantial change experience across a variation of project styles.
Knowledge of medical device and biotechnological development processes is an advantage.
Proven track record in interacting with stakeholder groups in challenging scenarios, demonstrating excellent influencing, communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills, alongside the ability to synthesize system information and business processes into clear impacts and benefits.
Mandatory fluency in English (spoken and written); well-structured, goal-oriented, and team-focused work methods, demonstrating robust experience in navigating complex international matrix environments.
