- Maintenance of the study and project portfolio of our MEUR 20+ CAPEX investments .
- Analysis and estimation of resources required to deliver the project portfolio.
- Tracking of resource demand to identify periods and areas of over / under-utilization as well as gaps in capability
- Consolidate updates from Project Managers and Department Leaders to help assess and communicate the impact on the overall portfolio.
- Provide support in developing executive level reports and communications related to the JV&GP Business Group.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (Preferably with an MBA)
- Strong understanding of project management (budgeting, cost forecasting, project planning, resource planning and risk management), ideally with a project services experience
- min. 5 years Project Portfolio Analyst experience or collective experience gained from previous roles
- MS Office proficient; expert in Excel and advanced in developing concise but impactful PowerPoint presentations
- Excellent command of English with technical writing skills and strong business communication ability to contribute to executive level reports.
- Ability to self-manage and work in a dynamic environment combined with a strong commitment to deliver first-time-right results within given deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to communicate across functions including working with Project Managers, Department Leaders, Finance and HR representatives.

To support the management of our investment project portfolio, we currently look for a Senior Project Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d) located in our Vienna head office.
In this role you are reporting directly to the Head of Investment Project Portfolio & Capability and will be responsible to gather project workload and resource data from Project Managers and Department Leaders. Your analysis and executive level reports will serve as decision base for the leadership of our Joint Venture & Growth Projects business group.
