Job Description

Position responsible for performing detailed and complex financial analysis of various elements of NCR Voyix’s Revenue Operations/Revenue Assurance Business.
Reviewing various portfolios for several actions: 1) Invoice accuracy; 2) Renewal / growth statistics; 3) managing end to end process for customer receivables and cash collection(AR).
Responsible for coordinating projects communications, including compiling project information for reviews, and promoting Governance compliance within the NCR Voyix revenue operations team.
Review and evaluate project documentation deliverables for completeness and accuracy; Conduct post-implementation review and communicate results to facilitate learning.
Develop and maintain tracking files for analyzing information about financial status of customer and status of collection efforts (AR).
Support departmental tools and reporting requirements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Accounting / Finance, Statistics or related Business discipline.
Deep understanding of finance.
Ability to understand complex payment processing services, pricing, and analysis of merchant statements.
5+ years business experience with deep analytical skills. Payments experience helpful, but not required.
Excellent skills with key analytical tools – Excel, Access, Tableau, and other Office tools. Exposure to Database structures and SQL.

One of the top strategic priorities for NCR Voyix Services is driving an improved customer experience across the Retail customer base. This role will take the internal lead to drive revenue validation and pervasive problem identification and resolution surrounding the quote to bill process for the NCR Voyix Revenue operations business unit.
