This community's appeal continues to grow as exciting new developments are underway near the AdventHealth Minneola campus.

      · AdventHealth Minneola's 80-bed hospital will bring inpatient care to the growing population of South Lake County. Spanning approximately 204,000 square feet, the hospital will include an emergency department; full-service imaging; five operating suites; endoscopy services; outpatient laboratory; heart catheterization labs; critical care and general medical/surgical rooms. We are proud to be delivering clinical solutions for the mind, body and spirit in the Minneola community.

      The role you’ll contribute:

      The Senior Property Manager will oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the real estate portfolio. This role requires regular collaboration with multiple departments within AdventHealth to ensure exceptional experiences across all campuses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic decision-making, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic setting while fostering strong working relationships. This position will involve direct supervision of team members. The Senior Property Manager is a skilled real estate professional who is responsible for the maintenance and image of AdventHealth's commercial and medical office buildings and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. The Senior Property Manager will utilize the Assessing, Planning, Implementing and Evaluating (APIE) Process. She/he will also adhere to the AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state and federal agencies and crediting bodies. The Senior Property Manager will act as a liaison for problem resolution when problems arise in AdventHealth owned buildings or buildings where AdventHealth leases space from outside Landlords. The Senior Property Manager interacts with vendors, contractors, architects, and various AdventHealth departments and persons to keep the day-to-day activities of the buildings running smoothly.

      • Demonstrates, through behavior, AdventHealth’s service standards.
      • Provides direct supervision of team members to ensure completion of assigned tasks in accordance with established policies and procedures.
      • Develop a maintenance schedule to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide overall property management leadership by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and programs that enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness, support strategic goals, and ensure coordinated information flow across all operations.
      • Builds capabilities within departments by coaching, developing, evaluating, and mentoring team members.
      • Oversee preparation of reports, annual budget, and other documents in accordance with AdventHealth policies and procedures.
      • Lead new property acquisitions and due-diligence projects
      • Help to determine the long-term viability of each asset by active involvement in the development of property capital plans. To include making fiscally responsible decisions and recommendations when assessing the needs of each asset.
      • Manage the daily operation and maintenance of the physical assets with best-in-class customer service and pride of ownership. Ensuring that all physical aspects of the property are fully functional, safe, and attractive.
      • Conduct regular site inspections, alongside assigned Property Manager, to assess the property and identify opportunities for improvement as well as to maintain operational standards.
      • Function as liaison and facilitator for tenant communications, work requests, maintenance events, shutdowns, and other site related issues.
      • Oversee the management of tenant work requests utilizing the maintenance management system and follow up with tenants in a timely manner to confirm they have received optimal customer service.
      • Manage vendor relationships; negotiate contracts that provide quality service at the best value and hold vendors accountable for maintaining high performance standards.
      • Enforce building rules, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance.
      • Offer strategic support and direction in areas to ensure alignment with departmental goals
      • Travel required within the Central Florida Division as needed to visit assigned buildings.

      The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

      • BS/BA degree in real estate, business, or related field Preferred
      • 4+ in real estate management, preferably with multi-site portfolios. Required
      • Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) Preferred
