      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead engineering projects, ensuring timely and high-quality submission of project milestones
      - Create and modify design documents and drawings for substation projects
      - Develop SCADA systems and communication interfaces
      - Perform engineering calculations and relay coordination studies to support project success
      - Supervise and mentor a team of 1-7 employees in the Engineering Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited university
      - EIT designation required; Professional Engineering License (PE) strongly preferred
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in relay protection and control design for high voltage substations
      - Strong understanding of the substation project lifecycle at the utility level
      - Excellent technical communication skills and detail-oriented work practices

      - Experience with teaching, training, and mentoring team members
      - Familiarity with the design and integration of protection, control, automation, and monitoring systems
