What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial analysis, desk reviews, and field audits to ensure proper reimbursement for healthcare providers
- Possess and maintain a high level of working knowledge in Medicare rules and regulations
- Mentor and train staff at all levels, providing constructive feedback and guidance
- Maintain strong relationships with providers and deliver training to internal staff and external audiences
- Assist with new and existing employee training on department techniques and audit methodologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of Medicare auditing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
