What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee performance of end-to-end provider servicing
- Resolve complex problems and provide guidance to team members
- Drive the design and implementation of programs to improve relationships with providers
- Ensure training and education programs are implemented for external providers
- Identify gaps in network composition to support network development

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of provider relations experience
- 3+ years of experience with Medicare and Medicaid regulations
- 2+ years of experience with managed care
- Experience/knowledge of behavioral health
- Intermediate knowledge of billing and claims processing

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Contracting experience
- Salesforce experience
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
