- Create an automated testing framework.
- Analyze system functions and recommend automated solutions using open-source testing tools.
- Create, load, and run automated test cases.
- Perform automated script failure analysis, identify the root cause, and resolve the problem.
- Develop test strategies and collaborate with large project teams.
- Work with technical staff and business users to identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve discrepancies between requirements and systems.
- Deliver a thoroughly tested system, which meets established release criteria.
- 5+ years’ experience as an Automation Testing Analyst using various automated tools.
- The ability to develop, enhance, and maintain the automation framework.
- Experience with writing SQL statements to acquire and verify test data.
- Experience testing in an agile environment is highly preferred.
- You are familiar with healthcare / managed care processes and terminology and the basics of information systems support, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science, or another related field, or equivalent experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
