Who you are:

As a Senior QA/Testing Automation Analyst, you are all about outcomes. You are very decisive (there is no grey area) and you are a person who appreciates deliverables and timelines. You are a self-starter with a lot of initiative and the ability to lead. You are a collaborator and you have in depth knowledge of information systems QA, automated testing best practices and methodologies, as well as testing and technical terminology.

What you’ll do:

• Create an automated testing framework.
• Analyze system functions and recommend automated solutions using open-source testing tools.
• Create, load, and run automated test cases.
• Perform automated script failure analysis, identify the root cause, and resolve the problem.
• Develop test strategies and collaborate with large project teams.
• Work with technical staff and business users to identify, analyze, prioritize and resolve discrepancies between requirements and systems.
• Deliver a thoroughly tested system, which meets established release criteria.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years’ experience as an Automation Testing Analyst using various automated tools.
• The ability to develop, enhance, and maintain the automation framework.
• Experience with writing SQL statements to acquire and verify test data.
• Experience testing in an agile environment is highly preferred.
• You are familiar with healthcare / managed care processes and terminology and the basics of information systems support, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, information systems, computer science, or another related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
