What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee, support, and maintain an effective quality management system
- Assist in driving and providing oversight of QMS elements for US Field Operations
- Ensure QMS compliance with relevant internal and external regulatory requirements
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to enhance QMS efficiency and effectiveness
- Support internal and external quality system audits and manage field-related NCs and CAPAs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in a regulated environment, preferably in the medical device sector
- Strong influencing skills with the ability to gain alignment on strategic initiatives
- Willingness to obtain AATB certification within 3 months of hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Familiarity with OnePLM and WebOps
- Background in NC/CAPA management
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives in quality or operations
- Experience applying technical applications to improve business processes
