What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct manual testing to ensure software meets requirements and is free of bugs
- Write and maintain test cases in Jira, creating comprehensive documentation for product managers
- Develop and implement test plans while tracking quality assurance metrics
- Collaborate with software development teams to complete testing efforts within sprints
- Provide post-release support related to defect analysis and workflow efficiency

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum seven years of experience in Quality Assurance, including functional, integration, and regression testing
- Significant experience with Oracle SQL and knowledge of PL/SQL
- Required healthcare experience, with preference for medical claims processing
- Proficiency in testing database applications, web services, and web applications in Linux environments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with industry-leading Quality Assurance tools
- Familiarity with Scrum Agile development or Scaled Agile Framework
- Experience using Jira for project management
- Proven ability to solve complex software testing problems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
