  Your role

  You will join us as a Senior Quality Analysis in Risk&Manco Area, responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the strategic program and project excellence across the Company Port-folio, ensuring the successful delivery of all work.

  Your team

  You join the Risk&Manco Organization team which is responsible for establishing and running the Funds services for UBS.
  
  Your colleagues are spread across the APAC region and Switzerland to support and advice the IGM, Fund services teams in preventing and handling of financial risks. The function operates with a high degree of collaboration & analytical thinking and oversees all risk and control requirements for the business.
  
  You will be the part of the Fund services and will have various opportunities to work with our customers and onshore family across APAC and Switzerland.

  Your expertise

  We are seeking hardworking, experienced Software Engineer to join a growing, high-visibility cross-Bank team that is developing and deploying solutions to some of UBS most important analytical problems. And responsible for effectively managing the project in all aspects till handling over of the project to customer and to internal stake holders.
  
  • establish and execute detailed plans to ensure that risks are mitigated, and opportunities are realized. Understand customer related critical points to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures
  • experience with test case management software tools, Create test cases, scenarios, scripts from feature descriptions in JIRA board/XRAY/SQUASH test management tools.
  • experience with Agile development methodologies. Participate in sprint activities like planning, stand-up meetings and fairly operate independently.
  • understand customer related critical points to quality measures and then driving business improvement through improving these measures, Collaborate with product owners/business analyst/Scrum masters/developers to deliver sprint goals.
  • have a Good Experience of test-automation in Java & Selenium and exposure to testing mainframe systems, rest API web-services.
  • proficient in bug tracking and test management tools (JIRA, GitLab, Squash, Jenkins, HP-ALM, X-Ray, GAT4Testing)
  • strong experience in test strategy, test plan, test design, test execution traceability matrix, test report and ensure usage of tools for optimization.
  • profound knowledge and proven track record covering all testing fields (e.g., test leadership across large programs, test automation, functional, regression & performance testing).
  • database testing using simple and sophisticated queries and should be able to write complex queries using various join clauses.
  • banking knowledge especially Securities and Settlement processing would be advantageous.
  • establish professional relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a single point contact for customer
  • ensure skills & competency management of Project team to remain in alignment with project goal. - Create the conditions to enable effectively working in teams. (A balanced team).
  • candidate who works for vendor Management work in addition.
