What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and conduct internal audits of clinical research processes
- Participate in the assessment and resolution of quality issues
- Develop and maintain training programs for clinical research sites
- Assist in the development and revision of policies and procedures
- Work autonomously within a high-functioning quality assurance program

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; BS/BA strongly preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical quality management or clinical research
- Extensive knowledge of ICH GCP and federal regulations
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
