Job Title: QA Engineer – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Power Platform
Location: Remote (Candidate Must be California Resident)
Job Type: 12+ Months Contract

Required Skills:
Strong understanding of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365
Experience testing Microsoft Power Platform applications including:
Power Apps (Canvas Apps, Power Pages)
Power BI dashboards
Power Automate workflows
Experience with .NET and JavaScript applications from a testing and QA perspective
Proficiency in manual and automated testing techniques
Familiarity with Azure DevOps for test case management, tracking, and collaboration
Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and team collaboration skills
Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities

Preferred Experience:
5+ years of experience in manual and automated software testing
5+ years working with .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps
4+ years of experience working in an Agile/Scrum team structure
3+ years conducting security, performance, and integration testing
Project Operations (formerly Project Service Automation) experience
Familiarity with systems thinking and complex system integration testing

Preferred Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
Certification in Quality Management Systems or equivalent QA-related certifications

Additional Information:
Must be willing to attend Live Scan background check at 500 W. Temple Ave, Los Angeles, CA.
Overtime may be required based on project needs.
