      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support variable annuity asset liability management strategy and corporate development
      - Perform sensitivity analysis, risk management, and financial modeling
      - Build and maintain analytic tools to identify and measure key risk factors
      - Conduct various sensitivity studies, performance attribution, and trend analysis
      - Foster strong working relationships with team members and external constituents

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 6+ years of experience in a quantitative role involving sensitivity analysis and risk management
      - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with SQL, MATLAB, R, or C++
      - Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, or computer science
      - Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and experience in research projects
      - Knowledge or work experience in areas such as PDEs, time-series analysis, and machine learning methods

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA)
      - Experience with statistical estimation and Monte Carlo methods
      - Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail
      - Creativity and innate curiosity in tackling complex problems
      - Strong communication skills for effective collaboration
