- Lead market planning, trade area analysis, and site selection strategy in collaboration with franchisees and the development team.
- Manage real estate pipeline and prioritize opportunities in alignment with franchise growth targets.
- Evaluate prospective sites based on demographics, competition, access, visibility, co-tenancy, and brand fit.
- Oversee brokers and external partners to source high-quality real estate opportunities.
- For corporate stores, present real estate packages to the internal real estate committee for approval, including financial pro formas , market analysis, and deal structure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, landlords, and real estate partners.
- Collaborate with design, construction, legal, and operations to ensure smooth site approvals and project transitions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new development projects to maintain a competitive site acquisition strategy.
- Maintain accurate and updated reporting of site activity and performance in internal systems (e.g., Salesforce, Smartsheet, etc.).
- Actively engage with real estate trade organizations (e.g., ICSC) to create and increase brand awareness across the real estate industry.
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant real estate, with at least 2 years focused on franchising.
- Proven success in market planning, site selection, and lease negotiation.
- Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals, lease terms, and deal structures.
- Proficient in mapping tools (e.g., ESRI, Tango, Buxton, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business , Real Estate, Finance, or a related field.
- Strategic Thinking: Connects market insights, brand goals, and franchise strategy to guide smart real estate decisions.

Purpose:
As the Senior Real Estate Manager on the Franchise Development team, you will play a key role in driving growth across the entire family of brands, including Edible Arrangements, Roti, Edibles.com, and other innovative new concepts.
You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing strategic real estate opportunities to support franchise expansion for all brands. This role works closely with franchisees, brokers, landlords, and internal stakeholders such as Operations, Construction, and Legal to lead site selection, lease negotiation, and real estate acceptance in alignment with each brand’s unique development goals.
Location: This is an onsite role based at our Corporate Office in Sandy Springs, GA, with a Monday–Friday schedule.
