Job summary
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Receptionist role within our City Health Practice Ltd Team. As a Senior Receptionist you will be responsible for the supervision and efficiency of the reception team/function, ensuring that staffing rotas are done in a timely manner and to undertake regular supervision and appraisal with the admin/reception team. You will need excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, general public and outside agencies.
Main duties of the job
As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for prioritising and performing a variety of clerical / administrative tasks including but not limited to, answering the telephone, SystmOne, GP Browser, dealing with practice emails.
The successful candidate will have prior SystmOne knowledge, follow and implement all practice policies and to be able to work not only part of a team but on their own initiative with guidance from the Practice Admin Manager.
