Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Senior Reconciliation Officer you will be reconciling client account holdings against the custodian on a daily basis and must be able to meet tight SLAs while maintaining accuracy. You will be working together with internal business partners to assist with clearing outstanding entries in a timely manner to avoid risk to our bank. You are eager to continuously learn and identify efficiencies that will provide ongoing enhanced experiences to our team and our business partners. You will be assisting Traders in tracking/recording errors on a report daily & monthly. You will complete monthly cash and asset reconciliations of account activities daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to ensure accuracy, integrity of data, and customer satisfaction. You will also identify problematic situations in a timely manner and escalate to ensure appropriate entries and/or instructions are processed in clients’ accounts as required to ensure data integrity and minimize loss/ errors. A reconciliation background is an asset as there are tasks that require analyzing and follow up.

You can effectively perform all work activities remotely, and will only be required to be on-site on an occasional basis (1-2 days per month). For the first two weeks of training, you will be required to be on site 3-5 days per week.
