Job Description

This position is remote and can be located anywhere in Canada. Strong preference for someone in GTA to be close to an on-site location. Infrequent travel may be required.

In this pivotal role, you will frequently apply your experience in talent advisement, quickly assert yourself as an expert in the space to your business partners, while gladly suggesting and deploying process improvements to our rapidly evolving recruitment process.

• Over 7 years of progressive recruitment experience

• A track record of navigating various obstacles in relation to sourcing and recruiting

• Confidence in quickly getting up to speed with Workday and other business platforms

• An affinity for data and the important role its application plays in success

• Knowledge of and creating view towards the labor market and current trends

• The relentless desire to continue to learn and grow professionally

Compensation Range:

$45 - $55 / hour CAD
